Frequently asked questions

Before you request your quotation

Do I have to book the work before the draw?

No. Eligible entrants may proceed before the draw or wait. If the winner has already completed and paid for an eligible transformation, up to £2,500 will be refunded. Otherwise, it will be deducted from the agreed project price.

What happens if the project costs less than £2,500?

The eligible project may be completed at no charge, but no unused balance is paid in cash or carried forward.

Will every quotation request qualify?

No. Entries must meet the published eligibility criteria, fall within the service area and provide enough information and photographs for the enquiry to be assessed.

How many entries will be accepted?

The promotion closes at 11:59pm on 30 November 2026, or once 75 qualifying quotation requests have been accepted, whichever happens first. After that no further entries can be accepted.

Can I enter without agreeing to marketing?

Yes. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect your eligibility.
